The space
This modern estate features an open living room with a 6-foot window wall, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a formal dining area for 10. The lower level includes a spacious Master Suite with a King bed and en-suite bathroom, a Queen Suite with two Queen beds, and a bonus room perfect for kids. Upstairs, you'll find additional bedrooms, a workspace, and a Twin bed. Note: The 6th bedroom is a small room inside another room and does not have its own private door. Enjoy the screened-in deck, large patio with seating for 10+, and a beautiful pool with varying depths. The estate also offers a basketball hoop, soccer goals, and parking for 10+ vehicles.
