Browsing and essential services

Our website and hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver pages, keep the service secure, and respond to requests. This can include an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and server logs. Saved homes and your analytics choice are stored in your browser. Features you choose, such as a stay reward, may also store information needed to provide that feature.

Optional Google Analytics

If you select “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, property views, searches, and clicks to our booking provider or email links. Google Analytics uses cookies and online identifiers and processes information about your browser, device, and activity. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, payment details, or private booking identifiers to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.

Analytics is optional. Select “Decline” to browse and book without loading our Google Analytics tag. Use “Analytics preferences” at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops our Analytics collection and removes our first-party Analytics cookies from this browser; it does not erase information already collected. Clearing browser storage also clears the saved choice. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.

Inquiries and bookings

When you send an inquiry, we use the details you provide to answer it and help arrange your stay. The inquiry form opens a draft in your email application; you must press Send there to deliver it. Please avoid including payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry.

Availability searches and booking services use Guesty. Its embedded search tools and booking pages may process search dates, guest counts, device information, and information you provide during booking. Guesty and the applicable payment provider process information needed to handle a reservation or payment. Review the notices and booking terms shown in that flow, including Guesty’s privacy policy. Our optional Analytics choice applies to AtlantaHouseCo.com; review the separate choices offered on other websites.

Access, retention, and contact

Information is used by our team and service providers as needed to operate the website, respond to you, administer stays, and meet applicable recordkeeping and legal requirements. These providers may process information in other countries. Retention depends on the purpose and the records involved.
