The space
Please do not touch the pool equipment at any time under any circumstances. Our pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule so during your stay a staff member might go to your pool to complete the cleaning The pictures don't even do it justice—you will fall in love with this massive 5 bedroom home in the heart of Conyers. With a beautiful, brand new deck by the pool, this property is perfect for families, groups, gatherings or just enjoying the warm Atlanta weather. 5 Bedrooms, 7 Beds, beautiful high ceilings, huge open kitchen fully-stocked, gleaming with natural light; this home has everything you need for the perfect rental experience. Tons of shops, restaurants, and activities minutes away! Located in a high-end suburban neighborhood in the heart of Conyers, this stunning property gives a welcoming and homey vibe for all guests. This astonishing, COMPLETELY REMODELED 5 BR home has it all! A huge master bedroom—BRAND NEW kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, maple cabinets, and upgraded fixtures. CLEANING Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there's any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away! We can send a cleaner to the unit to fix it at no cost to you. PEST CONTROL Bugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Atlanta. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please don't worry, the Pest Control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it. MAINTENANCE All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and pool equipment will one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help! Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged. Unfortunately, we can't foresee these incidents but we can fix them!
Guest access
You will have private access to the whole home for you and your guests. The space is not shared with the host or other guests. You should receive your keyless entry code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival.

We are available for our guests between the hours of 8 AM - 10 PM.
